Investing in Classic Papering and Painting Inc quality paint job can means that you will be enjoying beautiful, protective finishes that will far outlast inferior ones. There is an old saying that is very true: "There is nothing more expensive than cheap paint or a cheap paint job ".
Drop cloths or plastic sheeting will protect your furniture, floors and carpets. Your home will be kept and left neat, clean and orderly.
All wood surfaces to be painted will be de-glossed as needed to remove all contaminants. This is to insure that the fresh paint will adhere for the long term. Watermarks, smoke stains, pen marks and other unsightly blemishes will be properly primed and sealed to prevent staining through the finish coat. Any loose paint will be removed by scraping or sanding.
Cracks and holes in walls and ceilings will be repaired with drywall compound, sanded smooth and primed. Mesh Drywall tape will be applied over cracks where necessary for a more permanent repair.
Holes in woodwork will be filled and sanded. All bare wood and repairs are always spot primed.
Open joints and gaps between different surfaces will be caulked and filled for a cleaner, more finished appearance.
Because there is nothing more expensive than cheap paint, we only use top quality materials, which look better and last longer adding to the value of the job!
