Surfaces expand and contract as temperatures change from season to season, causing minor defects such as cracks in caulking; loose paint/ peeling and ice dams cause your gutters to move allowing gaps to the interior of your home.

Each of the above examples can create long term damage to your home, this is why it is so important to keep up with repairs, something that was not damaged last year might be damaged this year- There is no such thing as maintenance free!

We will provide you with a FREE inspection of the exterior of your home which will take place every spring at your convenience and then give you a list of items we recommend needing attention, it's as simple as that!

The following are examples of areas we would be paying close attention to:

Determine if your home needs to be washed to decrease the growth of mildew.
Check all windows and doors.
Inspect all painted surfaces for incidental peeling, cracking or caulk separation.
Check all surfaces for rotten or damaged wood.
Check all shutters and garage doors for movement of panel insets.
Inspect railings and fence.
Check all decks and porch floors.
